Job summary

EY seeks a Global Payroll Implementation Program Manager to lead large-scale payroll projects across multiple regions. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from planning to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years in payroll implementations, with 8+ years in leadership and project governance. A background in AI analytics and payroll automation is a plus, within a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ overall experience with at least 8 years in payroll implementations for large organizations.
• Strong program and project management experience (PMP, Prince2, Agile preferred).
• Experience with AI-powered analytics, automation, or intelligent payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global payroll implementation programs across multiple regions and countries.
• Oversee integration of payroll technology platforms with client systems and ensure data flow and compliance.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications, driving executive updates and steerco meetings.
• Define program goals, governance, and success metrics aligned with business strategy.
• Mentor project managers and align teams to global standards.
