Job summary

Infinit-O Group in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team. You will handle bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support month-end close with accurate reconciliations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years of general accounting, and experience with Netsuite or Workday. CPA/CPP is a plus; strong Excel and Google Docs skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA/CPP is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly cycles.

• Support month-end close with reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and Benefits on payroll-related changes.
• Assist in process improvements for payroll operations.
