Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Metro Manila to manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing, conduct audits, and resolve payroll and tax questions from employees. The role requires collaboration with HR and Benefits, and supports month-end close while ensuring GAAP compliance and local regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of accounting experience, and experience in Netsuite or Workday, preferably within a SaaS/tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA/CPP is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday for payroll processing.
• Prior SaaS/tech industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly cycles.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Answer payroll and tax-related questions from employees.
• Ensure payroll reporting and payments comply with GAAP and local laws.
• Support month-end/quarterly close by reconciling payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with HR on hires, changes, terminations, and deductions.
• Assist with 606 commissions and benefits-related payroll changes.
