Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Payroll Officer in a hybrid, dayshift role based in Quezon City. You will manage end-to-end weekly and fortnightly international payrolls, with emphasis on Australian operations alongside PNG, NZ, and other regions.

The position requires strong audit discipline and confidential data handling. You will maintain employee records, perform detailed reconciliations, and respond to payroll inquiries with a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience in Australian or international payroll.
• Australian Year 12 equivalent required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end weekly and fortnightly international payrolls (Australia, PNG, NZ).
• Perform payroll audits, system checks and reconciliations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and entitlements.
• Address payroll inquiries and provide customer-focused service.
• Generate costing modules and reports for third-party payments.
