Job summary

TwistResources, Inc. is seeking a Philippines-based AU/NZ Payroll Specialist to join our managed payroll team. The role is hybrid, with MW F onsite at the Clark, Pampanga office and Tue-Thu at home, supporting Australian and New Zealand clients.

Essential experience includes end-to-end payroll for AU and NZ, and familiarity with Employment Hero/KeyPay is highly desirable. The successful candidate will manage starters, leave, deductions, terminations and reporting while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll end-to-end in Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong knowledge of Australian awards, PAYG, superannuation and STP.
• Strong NZ payroll knowledge including PAYE, KiwiSaver, holidays and leave.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for Australian and NZ clients.
• Manage new starters, leave, deductions, terminations, and final payments.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and statutory reporting.
• Respond to client queries and payroll discrepancies.
• Support payroll implementations, migrations and testing.
