DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Manila to support Australian and New Zealand payrolls and ensure accurate, timely processing for ~450 employees.

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain records, perform reconciliations and support statutory reporting, audits, and continuous improvement across fortnightly and monthly cycles. Flexible working arrangements are available for Philippines-based candidates.

Formación

• Five+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a complex or multi-entity environment.
• Experience processing Australian payroll and applying relevant payroll obligations (PAYG, STP, superannuation, payroll tax, leave).
• Experience processing New Zealand payroll or strong knowledge of PAYE, KiwiSaver, payday filing and leave-related requirements.
• Strong payroll reconciliation, data validation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots) and ability to handle large data sets.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines across fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Sound judgement with a strong control mindset and ability to escalate/payroll risks when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Process fortnightly and monthly Australian and New Zealand payrolls end-to-end.
• Maintain employee payroll records (new starters, changes, banking, tax, deductions, leave, codes, terminations).
• Validate inputs (timesheets, leave, allowances, deductions, adjustments, off-cycle payments).
• Perform pre- and post-payroll data checks and investigate variances.
• Support compliance with PAYG, STP, KiwiSaver, payday filing and related obligations.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, journals and end-of-month/statutory reports.
