MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer with AU payroll experience to manage Australian payroll cycles across multiple sites from Eastwood, Quezon City. This onsite role runs dayshift hours (6AM-3PM) and requires strong Excel and payroll-system skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Australian Payroll with end-to-end payroll responsibilities.
• AU Payroll Experience required and strong payroll knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and using Payroll/Time & Attendance systems.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels and external stakeholders.
• Preferably knowledge of AU labor laws, taxation and related regulations.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain high accuracy.
• Willingness to work early dayshift and on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Responsabilités

• Handle weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles for all employees.
• Assist in payroll queries including short payments, off-cycle, tax deductions and Superannuation.
• Assist in monthly superannuation clearing house and reporting.
• Process monthly payroll tax submissions and annual payroll tax reconciliation.
• Set up new employees on the Time and Attendance system.
• Process and validate timesheets, data entry and integrity checks before import.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Interpret payroll differences across Australian states and apply them.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and modern awards.
• Identify and implement system/process improvements for payroll efficiency.
• Handle sensitive payroll information with confidentiality.
• Perform general payroll administrative duties.
