Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Manila to deliver accurate Australian and New Zealand payrolls for about 450 staff. You will manage end-to-end processing, maintain records, perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with PAYG, STP and KiwiSaver, while supporting stakeholders across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-entity environment, strong Excel skills, and experience with Aurion or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience processing Australian and New Zealand payroll and obligations.
• Strong payroll reconciliation, data validation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Australian and New Zealand payrolls on a fortnightly and monthly cycle.
• Maintain payroll records and inputs, including starter changes, banking, tax details.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll checks and investigate variances.
• Ensure compliance with PAYG/STP, KiwiSaver, PAYE and related obligations.
• Provide payroll support to stakeholders and drive process improvements.
