Sun Life Philippines seeks a Senior Global Payroll Transformation lead to drive multi-country payroll migrations into a managed services model. You will partner with implementation teams, align Workday configurations with vendor setups, and direct testing and cutover planning across regions.

You will own onboarding of new countries, sustain steady-state delivery, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology to standardize processes and advance automation while maintaining controls and audit

• Experience leading global payroll transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of multi-country payroll processes and compliance.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance and IT teams.
