The role emphasizes project and change management, vendor transitions, compliance, and digital enablement to improve payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries or entities.
• Strong project and change management experience in payroll or HR transformation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Tax and Legal teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, T&A, and GL integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Functional Leadership: lead end-to-end payroll projects across locations.
• Project Management: manage interdependencies across systems and vendors.
• Change & Stakeholder Management: design and execute change activities.
• Vendor & Transition Management: oversee payroll provider transitions and SLA definitions.
• Compliance, Controls & Governance: ensure regulatory compliance and audit trails.
• Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement: drive process improvements and digital tool adoption.
