Global Payments is seeking a Back Office Representative to join the Operations Support Services team in Quezon City. You will handle routine updates on cardholder and corporate accounts, research inquiries, and document compliance steps. You will help identify potential fraud or chargeback issues and escalate as needed.

The role requires a college graduate with 2+ years in credit, banking, or financial services, and flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts. Onsite work at Vertis North is expected.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Background in credit, banking, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling account-related tasks.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine updates and documentation (e.g. name/address changes, returned mail, etc.) of cardholder/corporate accounts.
• Researches and responds to account inquiries across channels with accuracy and compliance; uses client products to update information.
• Detects potential fraud, credit, or chargeback issues and escalates to appropriate department.
• Sorts, scans, and distributes mail for appropriate action; manages low-risk cardholder requests.
• Ensures conformity to client standards/policies and regulatory requirements to avoid violations.
• Assists with scheduling personnel/resources to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
