Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services Operations Team in Quezon City. You will respond to inquiries across channels, resolve concerns, and support payments operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 6–12 months in a customer support role, with strong English communication and professional demeanor. Onsite work at Vertis North is required, with flexibility for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of experience in a customer support role within a contact center or BPO environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills, remain professional under pressure.
• Willing to work in Pure Voice or Blended support environments based on business needs.
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City and with shifting weekend/holiday schedules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolutions across phone, email, SMS, and chat.
• Handle routine calls and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
• Navigate data entry systems and client applications.
• Resolve Tier 1 payment and account-related requests (e.g., card activations, payments, updates).
• Enter required data into client systems and databases and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
