Job summary

ByteDance's E-Commerce team in the Philippines is seeking a Global Strategic Partnerships Director to lead and scale strategic brand partnerships across markets from Taguig. You will shape strategy, coordinate cross-region activities, and drive long-term growth with major global brands.

The role requires 5+ years in global brand partnerships, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in global brands, agencies, and/or eCommerce partnerships.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence clients.
• Solid understanding of social/livestream e-Commerce and content marketing.
• Willingness to travel abroad for business.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with top global brands; shape vision, global strategy, and success metrics.
• Produce GMV-oriented, GKA-based solutions; design processes and document learnings.
• Analyze business settings to optimize products and services; monitor progress.
• Maintain close communication with clients and internal teams to align strategies.
