Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 3+ years of experience acquiring and incubating brands or marketplace sellers in e-commerce.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and brand acquisition to onboard partners.
• Collaborate with category operations for market insights and opportunities.
• Maintain merchant relationships; negotiate terms and optimize deals.
• Guide onboarding of new sellers including shop setup and migrations.
• Monitor seller performance metrics to maximize conversions and satisfaction.
