Job summary

blaseek in Manila is seeking a Global Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage partnerships that support brand and marketing objectives across markets. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will assess potential partners, shape collaboration plans, and work with internal teams to deliver and measure partnership activities, across campaigns and regional launches, while aligning with commercial goals

Qualifications

• Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or strategic marketing alliances.
• Proven track record delivering measurable partnerships.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to coordinate with legal, procurement, marketing and other stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities based on fit, audience relevance, and expected value.
• Develop partnership proposals, objectives, activation plans, and success measures.
• Manage relationships with external partners and coordinate delivery with internal stakeholders.
• Support discussions on commercial terms, deliverables, rights, approvals, and timelines with the relevant teams.
• Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements or renewal decisions.
• Maintain clear records of commitments, activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.
