Job summary

Continental is seeking a Global Partnership Manager in the Philippines to coordinate sponsorship activities and develop comprehensive sponsorship plans. The role builds productive relationships with athletes, agencies and partners, while ensuring alignment with contracts and corporate programs.

The successful candidate will support global strategy implementation locally, monitor sponsorships, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, PR, Sales, Legal and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sponsoring marketing.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or Economics or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on Communications.
• Project management experience is advantageous with evidence of delivery within tight timescales. International project management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of conventional and digital media platforms.
• Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Continental Sponsorships and develop sponsorship plans.
• Develop and implement sponsoring plans and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contracts, rights management, and CI standards.
• Foster internal collaboration across departments: Communication/PR, Sales, Academy, Fairs & Events, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Purchasing.
