Job summary

Continental is seeking a Global Partnership Manager in Metro Manila to coordinate sponsorship activities and develop plans. You will build productive relationships with athletes, agencies and partners, ensuring contracts are properly executed and aligned with corporate strategies.

This role requires at least 3 years in sponsorship marketing, strong project management and international experience, plus excellent communication and media understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sponsoring marketing.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or Economics or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on Communications.
• Project management experience is advantageous with clear evidence of delivery within tight timescales. International project management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of conventional and digital media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• The ability to work on their own initiative, effectively both as an individual and as part of a team; Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Willing to work on a midshift to night‑shift schedules, depending on business needs.
• Hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Sponsorship Management: liaison with athletes, brand ambassadors, agencies and other right holders; ensure sponsorship products align with programmes and contracts.
• Sponsoring Strategy Support: implement and manage sponsorship plans; evaluate sponsorship requests; work with marketing and events teams to develop concepts.
• Sponsoring Monitoring: protect Continental's reputation and CI across channels; monitor trends.
• Sponsoring Coordination & Toolkit Creation: develop project plans; coordinate internal departments; manage agencies and asset creation; handle ticket requests.
