Job summary

Playtime is seeking a commercially driven Partnerships professional to build strategic alliances across telecom, payments, retail, e-commerce, and more in the Philippines. You will identify and develop partnerships with leading Philippine brands and ecosystem partners, and lead commercial discussions, contracts, and negotiations.

The role requires 6+ years of experience in Partnerships or BD, with proven ability to manage brand relationships, negotiate sponsorships, and drive customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Partnerships, BD, Account Management, or related fields
• Proven track record managing brand/merchant relationships
• Strong negotiation experience with sponsorships and campaigns
• Understanding of the Philippine consumer market
• Experience with KYC, contracts, and compliance workflows

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with Philippine brands and ecosystem partners
• Build relationships with decision-makers and commercial teams
• Lead discussions, proposals, contracts, and negotiations
• Negotiate rates, discounts, sponsorships, and partner benefits
• Manage partner onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Develop joint campaigns including vouchers, rewards, and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement
• Monitor partnership performance and renewal/expansion opportunities
• Maintain a structured pipeline of potential and active partners
