Job summary

Emapta Global in Ortigas is seeking an Outbound Scheduling Coordinator to expertly coordinate case coverage, schedule hearings, and negotiate terms with law firms. This role requires strong English communication, the ability to handle high-volume calls, and reliable follow-through to keep critical workflows moving.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, scheduling, coordination, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with web-based systems and Google Workspace applications.

Responsibilities

• Secure case coverage by outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms through phone, email, and text.
• Recruit and onboard new attorneys while strengthening relationships with existing legal partners.
• Coordinate hearing assignments, schedules, court requirements, and related logistics to keep cases moving on time.
• Negotiate attorney rates, pricing, and coverage terms while meeting targets.
• Monitor active case queues, prioritize urgent matters, and escalate time-sensitive issues appropriately.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of communications, scheduling updates, and negotiated terms.
• Manage high-volume outbound activity while meeting daily assignment quotas and deadlines.
• Follow established workflows and quality standards across attorney interactions.
