Amtec Global Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Bilingual Appointment Setter (English & Spanish) to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, and delivering excellent service for U.S.-based patients.

The role demands patient, organized, and customer-focused individuals, comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The position is on-site at BGC, Taguig with a night-shift schedule and competitive benefits, including healthcare and wellness

Qualifications

• 1+ year of appointment setting, customer service, call center, or healthcare scheduling.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based customers or patients is highly preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport and communicate with empathy.
• Comfortable using CRM/EMR/EHR platforms and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Communicate professionally with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, providers, and locations.
• Verify and update patient demographic and contact information in the system.
• Make reminder calls to reduce no-shows and maximize provider schedules.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to assist with scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and appointment updates.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals for appointment setting.
