Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken, conversational English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer and encoding skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable Internet connection and conducive work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities
