Job summary

Global Business Services in Manila, Philippines seeks an Order-to-Cash Tower Lead to head end-to-end OTC within a global services environment, delivering operational excellence, transition, and governance across multiple markets.

The role focuses on building a scalable OTC organization, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with Finance and business leaders to improve cash flow and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Significant leadership experience overseeing large-scale finance operations, transitions, and transformation initiatives.
• End-to-end knowledge of billing, collections, cash application, credit management, disputes, and accounts receivable.
• Experience managing global, regional, or multi-entity finance operations.
• Proven track record in service delivery management, KPI/SLA performance, governance, and internal controls.
• Experience leading process migration, operational stabilization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior Finance and business leaders.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, organizational development, and change management capabilities.
• Commercially aware and customer-focused, with ability to manage complex operational challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTC service delivery across billing, collections, cash application, credit management, disputes, and customer account management.
• Oversee transition activities, including knowledge transfer, process migration, operational readiness, go-live, stabilization, and handover to business-as-usual operations.
• Drive transformation through process standardization, automation, system enhancements, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Own operational performance, including KPIs, SLAs, receivables ageing, backlog management, cash collection, billing accuracy, and month-end readiness.
• Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, internal controls, escalation processes, and operational risk management.
• Collaborate with regional Finance, Commercial, Customer Success, Transformation, and Technology stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and deliver business improvements.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational, customer, and system-related issues while maintaining service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational readiness to support business growth and operational changes.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing OTC organization through effective people management, succession planning, and capability development.
• Provide strategic performance insights, identify operational risks, and recommend improvements to senior Finance and business leadership.
