Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Manager to lead end-to-end RTR/OTC processes, ensure financial integrity, and manage client and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic delivery environment.

You will drive process improvements, automation, governance, and people leadership across multiple teams, supporting a robust monthly close and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant OTC experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR operations including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, financial close and reporting.
• Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments (SLA, KPI, quality, productivity).
• Lead governance discussions, reviews, and performance reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop RTR professionals across multiple processes.
• Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of actions.
