Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for Order to Cash Operations in Metro Manila. This leader will oversee a regional O2C team, driving end-to-end processes—from order management and collections to disputes and master data—while focusing on process excellence and service quality.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, implementing standardized processes, monitoring KPIs, and driving change initiatives. Strong internal controls and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services (multinational experience preferred).
• 57 years managing teams, including managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team, driving accountability and performance.
• Implement and optimize standard processes within Shared Services and BPO operations.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage change initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
