Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Act as point-of-contact for billing, credit management, cash applications, order management and collections.
• Escalate and resolve Order-to-Cash issues with client and prevent recurrence.
• Communicate AR policy changes to client and ensure compliance.
• Lead client meetings on debtor performance and address issues.
• Promote Continuous Improvement initiatives in collection processes and deliverables.
• Prepare forecasts/budgets and manage manual invoices.
• Review credit releases and maintain aged receivable reports.
• Coordinate with customers for item confirmations and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare regular AR reports and send statements of accounts.
