Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Global Business Process Specialist, Order-to-Cash (OTC) to shape and govern global OTC processes and enable systems. You will partner with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and regional operations to drive consistency, scalability, and performance across the end-to-end OTC value stream.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Finance, Credit & Collections, AR, or Cash Applications within a global or multi-country environment.
• Background in process ownership, business transformation, or global projects.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC / S4HANA) and upstream/downstream integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of project scope, timelines, dependencies, and expected deliverables.
• Support the delivery of project objectives and milestones in line with deadlines.
• Partner with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and regional teams to co-design scalable, compliant solutions.
