Job summary

Accenture in Taguig is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Sr Manager to lead end-to-end OTC functions, optimize the revenue cycle, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on working capital management.

You will manage teams across Order Management, Billing, AR, and Collections, ensuring SOP adherence and performance against SLAs, while guiding transformation initiatives and risk mitigation in a dynamic delivery environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years relevant work experience in OTC.
• 10+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTC operations, including order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and credit management.
• Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor operational performance and proactively address service delivery risks and escalations.
• Drive adherence to standard operating procedures and process controls.
• Lead and develop teams of Team Leads, Analysts, and Specialists.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
