Job summary

Orica in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Relationship Support to manage order-to-cash processes, ensuring accurate and timely sales orders, invoices, and related transactions while building strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams, resolve inquiries, monitor order progress, and drive efficiencies in SAP, auto-billing, and data accuracy in a busy shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfilment or customer service.
• At least 1 year of stakeholder and customer management across regions such as APAC/AMER/EMEA.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm orders with a sales order confirmation per contract.
• Manage customer portfolios, place orders, resolve issues, and meet demand.
• Drive end-to-end SAP order-to-cash cycle from order to delivery and invoicing.
• Support auto-billing and drive technology adoption to improve turnaround.
• Liaise with Credit and Collection teams regarding credits and disputes.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly processing and ad-hoc analysis as requested.
• Communicate with distribution to ensure on-time fulfillment.
