Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Manila seeks a detail-oriented Deal Operations professional to help drive transaction velocity by generating accurate quotes and configuring orders in Salesforce CPQ. You will support customers through established buying programs and ensure data accuracy and compliance across processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in Sales Operations, strong Excel skills, and flexibility to work extended hours during peak month-end close periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-precision quote generation, data validation, and order form configuration within Salesforce CPQ to keep the transaction engine moving.
• Streamline data and process workflows to enable customers to purchase through established buying programs.
• Identify and document manual friction points to support continuous operational improvement.
• Support transaction readiness for strategic channels, including AWS/Google Marketplace workflows and Partner First self-quoting initiatives.
• Test and provide feedback on new AI-augmented Deal Ops workflows to optimize speed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and flag system logic bugs that slow down deals, and unblock bottlenecks during core hours.
