Responsibilities

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com
• Enter orders manually into SAP and ensure accurate data
• Ensure order fulfillment and monitor orders through shipment
• Resolve order conflicts and handle complex/ routine claims
• Coordinate with pricing, supply chain, master data and other departments
• Provide product recommendations and cross-sell where appropriate
