Job summary

0565 Claymount Assemblies Philippines, Inc. ("CAP") is seeking an order processing associate to manage end-to-end order entry, acknowledgment, and revisions. You will coordinate delivery dates with planning and logistics teams and communicate with Asian customers as part of pre- and post-sales support.

The role requires strong English communication, ERP knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and video conferencing tools. A college business degree and customer service background are preferred.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any Business courses.
• Direct customer support experience.
• Knowledgeable and has background in ERP system.
• Excellent command of English language both oral and written.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools (Zoom/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end order entry, acknowledgment, and revisions.
• Coordinate delivery dates with planning and shipments with logistics.
• Interact with Asian customers, sales and service reps to handle pre- and post-sales functions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat or other channels.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Prepare or review reports related to order processing and KPI duties.
• Complete required compliance training and participate in performance KPIs through the year.
