Varex Imaging Corporation in Laguna, Philippines seeks a dedicated order processing specialist to manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry, acknowledgments, and timely delivery coordination.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and generate reports while maintaining high service standards and compliance with company processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Direct customer support experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order processing including entry and acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics for delivery dates and shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly.
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare reports on order processing metrics as needed.
• Complete required training and KPI duties.

Summary

Objective
To manage the ordering activities for the organization, including timely and accurate entry of all orders received; and performs other customer service-related activities.

Job Description

Main Duties

• Supports end-to-end order processing activities, including order entry, order acknowledgment, customer order confirmations, and order revisions. Ensures accurate and timely coordination with planning department for delivery date confirmations, & with logistics/shipping team for shipment alignment.
• Interacts with Asian customers, company sales and/or service representatives/ company inter-departments to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions related to order processing & shipping.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Handles requests for additional company materials.
• May prepare or review reports for order processing related matters and take necessary actions, and other reports/material as deemed necessary in the performance of function.
• Complete all required professional development and compliance training in the LMS platform.
• Performs duties as indicated in the annual KPI assigned by superiors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business objectives as aligned with immediate superior.

Background

• College graduate of any Business courses.
• Direct customer support experience including administrative experience.
• Knowledgeable and has background in ERP system.

Skills

• Excellent command of English language both oral and written.
• Basic customer service skills are preferred.
• Knowledgeable in business tools such as email, microsoft office, video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams etc.
