Dexterous Group is seeking a Global Operations Manager to lead governance, compliance and people initiatives across the global team. You will partner with the Head of People and Operations and Leadership to raise performance and safeguard a people-first culture.

You will oversee cross-functional projects, drive policy development, and coach leaders while ensuring regulatory adherence and secure data practices across our global operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive management with senior leadership experience.
• Strong HR, governance, and global operations understanding.

• Build and maintain governance frameworks, risk assessments and business continuity measures for the Global Team.
• Partner with HR Generalist on people initiatives, policy development and HR audits.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and policies, drive reporting and financial approvals per authority.
