Hudson Talent Solutions seeks a Global HR Operations Manager to design and deliver a unified HR operations strategy across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. You will oversee a team of People & Culture Specialists, drive compliant, efficient service delivery, and lead global HRIS projects with a modern operating model.

You will standardize HR lifecycle processes, mentor high-potential staff, and align initiatives with business growth while ensuring data integrity and governance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR operations with global or regional leadership.
• Experience implementing and scaling HRIS across diverse regions.
• Background in HR shared services or RPO environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor compliance and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a scalable, globally aligned HR Operations model.
• Standardize lifecycle processes across regions (onboarding, perf, comp/benefits, offboarding).
• Develop global SOPs aligned with policies and values.
• Lead HRIS implementation and optimize global systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure automation, reporting, compliance, and analytics across jurisdictions.
• Directly manage People & Culture specialists, including Manila and other regions.
