Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations to act as the operational and governance backbone of Boldr's People function across five countries, including the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. The role covers People Operations and Systems, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations with a focus on scalable processes and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own People Operations and Systems end-to-end across five countries.
• Lead HRIS workflows, self-service, and service delivery with Rippling.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting discipline for workforce metrics.
• Partner with Payroll to maintain accuracy and timeliness in all jurisdictions.
• Modernize infrastructure through automation for scalable support.
• Own compensation governance, pay equity, and job banding using market data.
