Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations to serve as the operational backbone for a five-country division. You will own the systems, rewards, and standards that enable scalable, compliant people operations across disparate geographies.

You will lead three pillars—People Operations & Systems, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering—collaborating with payroll, country counsel, and leadership to drive fair, data-driven people practices while maintaining a human-centered employee

Qualifications

• Extensive multi-country HR experience with governance across geographies.
• Proven governance of compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Strong data analytics and HR technology experience.
• Excellent judgment and communication in complex people matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations, Total Rewards and Business Partnering across five countries.
• Own HRIS governance, data integrity, reporting, and service delivery.
• Oversee compensation cycles, job banding, and pay equity.
• Manage ER matters, investigations, and cross-country compliance.
• Develop and maintain People policies and employee handbooks.
• Own budget, SLAs, and governance with cross-functional partners.
