Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions - Group of Companies is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead (Corporate & Regulatory Compliance) to oversee corporate governance and statutory obligations for an international organization.

You will work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and Information Security to ensure regulatory obligations are monitored, documented, and completed on time, in a multinational business environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
• Experience coordinating regulatory filings, registrations, permits, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the company's compliance framework and annual calendar.
• Coordinate compliance activities with Philippine regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, LGUs, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BOI).
• Monitor regulatory changes and track potential violations; coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance registers, audit records, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and findings resolution.
• Develop and maintain compliant procedures, tools, checklists, and governance controls.
