Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines is seeking a Program Management Specialist to design onboarding experiences that enable new hires to succeed. You will shape global onboarding programs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, and Operations.

This role emphasizes managing content in Workday Learning, driving process improvements, and coaching onboarding teammates to help the organization scale with a thoughtful, customer-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of prioritizing customer needs and delivering great experiences.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into processes and system requirements.
• Strong attention to detail to manage complex work.
• Schedule flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage global onboarding programs for a rapidly growing organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, Operations) to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance talent development experiences.
• Upload, manage, and organize training content and enrollments in Workday Learning.
• Partner with Talent Development Program Managers to support and deliver programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to onboarding team members.
