Job summary

Global Healthcare Resource Philippines Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to create and deliver a comprehensive training plan with materials, tutorials, and online modules.

You will organize and facilitate trainings for Operations, Clients and stakeholders, ensuring new hires acquire core customer service and communication skills, plus role-specific competencies. The role involves content design, training needs analysis, onboarding process oversight with HR, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience creating learning materials and tutorials.
• Strong facilitation and delivery skills.
• Ability to design engaging training content and modules.
• Familiarity with e-learning techniques and platforms.
• Experience performing training needs analysis (TNA).
• Experience aligning onboarding with organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and delivering a training development plan with materials and online modules.
• Organize the training and act as the facilitator for trainings requested by Operations and Clients.
• Ensure new hires take on basic customer service and communication skills.
• Content design and update of foundational training materials and courses.
• Perform Gap and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to improve learning and delivery.
• Align Foundation Skills Training with Product Specific Training methodologies.
• Design and expand training programs based on organizational and individual needs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to identify gaps and create interventions to improve performance.
• Conduct refresher training for bottom performers based on TNA.
• Work with reporting Supervisor & QA to share best practices.
• Participate in weekly internal and client calibrations.
• Discuss initiatives to drive C-Sat with the Manager.
• Establish onboarding process with HR and present new hire orientation ensuring timelines.
• Represent the L&D team in training-related meetings and discussions.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on progress and delivery.
• Understand e-learning techniques and contribute to e-learning packages.
• Undertake training for professional development and handle calls/chats/emails as needed.
• Collect training feedback from participants.
• Conduct train-the-trainers sessions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
