Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years in performance and change management
• Strong leadership and sound judgment
• Strong negotiation skills with Sales Teams
• Strong English communication
• Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office, Automation, Gemini and AI
• Strong stakeholder management
• Sales background advantageous
• Night shift and full site-based work in Estancia, Pasig City
