Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Senior Specialist - SEA to join our regional center in the Philippines. You will manage contract lifecycles, rate filings, and ensure accurate pricing setup across systems, aligning with billing and downstream operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness, resolve clarifications, and drive on-time renewals while maintaining high data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with rate management and contract lifecycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract & rate management across the lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup in Athena and FACT systems.
• Billing readiness and support for disputes and collections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data completeness.
