Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, and renewals.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup in systems (Athena, FACT).
• Enable accurate billing and financial operations through correct rate setup.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product, and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment.
