Job summary

iScale Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Metro Manila to manage travel, accommodation and field operations for projects and workshops.

You will coordinate events, handle invoices and supplier communications, ensure budget compliance, and maintain documentation. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, strong English, and experience with procurement support will help you succeed in our global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years in logistics, travel, or event coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers and mission documentation for experts, project teams and participants.
• Organise workshops, trainings, meetings, field visits and events, including venues, catering, transport, equipment and on-site support.
• Serve as logistics contact for experts and project teams; communicate arrangements and resolve operational issues.
• Collect, verify, file and archive invoices, bookings, attendance sheets, travel records and other documents for payment, audits and reporting.
• Support simple logistics and office purchases by obtaining quotations, coordinating suppliers, tracking deliveries and maintaining supplier records.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and project teams to ensure budget alignment, procedural compliance and complete documentation.
• Maintain mission calendars, event trackers, purchase records and filing systems; contribute to reports and process improvements.
