Job summary

iScale Solutions is seeking a Logistics and Missions Officer based in the Philippines to support project implementation by coordinating missions, travel, events, purchases and office needs.

The role reports to the Procurement and Grants Manager and requires 2–3 years of experience in logistics or mission coordination, with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office. An international or donor-funded project background is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, business, tourism, event/project management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, travel or mission coordination, event organization or project support.
• Knowledge of supplier coordination, procurement, expense documentation and audit-readiness.
• Good written/spoken English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers and mission documentation for experts and teams.
• Organise workshops, trainings, meetings, field visits and events with venues, catering and transport.
• Serve as logistics contact and communicate arrangements to stakeholders.
• Archive invoices, bookings, travel records and other documents for audits and reporting.
• Support simple logistics and office purchases with quotations and supplier records.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and project teams to ensure budget alignment and compliance.
• Maintain calendars, records and filing systems; contribute to reports.
