Job summary

Michael Page is supporting a global logistics leader seeking a high-performing sales professional to grow key customer accounts and generate new business in Cebu City. You will manage a portfolio, conduct client visits, and present tailored proposals to win opportunities.

The role requires proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, a strong network in FMCG/retail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or international shipping.
• Experience in multinational freight forwarding environments.
• Strong network within FMCG, retail, food & beverage, appliances, or apparel.
• Proven success in new business acquisition and lead generation.
• Understanding of the freight forwarding sales cycle.
• Experience managing pipelines and opportunities through CRM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Field-based selling with frequent client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers within assigned territories and market segments.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and client visits.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand business requirements and identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, customer, and opportunity records within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth initiatives.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets through structured sales planning and execution.
