Job summary

FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc. is seeking a sales-driven professional in Metro Manila to drive new business and grow existing accounts.

You will lead prospecting, engage in client meetings, and coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery. The role involves preparing quotations, responding to RFIs/RFQs, and contributing to budget and target setting, with regular reporting on progress toward monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Prospect and secure new customers for logistics services.
• Strong relationship management to retain and grow accounts.
• Experience coordinating with operations and finance on bookings and receivables.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers for logistics services.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and growth.
• Conduct telemarketing, field visits, and outdoor sales activities to generate business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, tender and bidding documents, and RFQ/RFI responses.
• Submit weekly sales reports and track performance against monthly targets.
• Coordinate with Operations to resolve client concerns and booking processing.
• Manage accounts receivable in coordination with Finance.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations and industry events.
• Assist in annual budget and target setting activities.
