Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily export/import documentation in line with IOPs and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
• Interact with colleagues internationally to develop professional skills in a global environment.
• Lead customer channel management, case management, onboarding, and contract/dispute management.
• Provide administrative support and escalate non-routine problems when necessary.
