Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee import/export, local deliveries, and warehouse coordination, ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods. You will ensure compliance with Philippine customs and PEZA, review shipping documents, and coordinate with 3PLs and freight forwarders to meet production schedules.

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and Oracle ERP is highly valued, with a focus on cost control and continuous process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
1–2 years experience in logistics or import/export operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel data analysis and reporting.
Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor/electronics environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine import/export regulations and Incoterms.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations including import/export, local deliveries, and warehouse coordination.
Ensure timely movement of materials and monitor shipment status with stakeholders.
Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Ensure compliance with Philippine customs, PEZA, and international trade laws.
Utilize ERP systems for shipment and inventory movement; generate performance reports.
