Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations (import/export, local deliveries, warehouse coordination).
Ensure compliance with Philippine customs regulations and PEZA requirements.
Monitor shipment status, identify delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Customer Service teams.
Utilize ERP systems for shipment transactions and inventory movement.
Prepare reports on shipment performance and cost analysis.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and audits.
