Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory records and track on-hand goods.
• Inspect warehouse tools and equipment for readiness.
• Prepare export documentation like labels, passes, and packing lists.
• Update shipment details in invoices and packing lists for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, and Documentation.
• Manage shipment processing and handover to freight forwarders.
• Perform 8-point container inspections and ensure cargo security.
• Maintain records of containerized shipments and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Report export issues to Logistics Supervisors and assist with compliance.
